Annette Baron
Annette
Baron, PA, MBA, President - began recruiting physicians for the
pharmaceutical, biotechnology contract research and related industries in 1987
after a five year career as a Physician Assistant in clinical practice in the
New York metropolitan area. Since 1993 she has owned and operated Eagle
Research, Inc. which has more than tripled in scope and has become well-known
and respected in the industry. Annette has a B.A. in Biology from Hofstra
University and an additional degree in Medical Sciences from Long Island
University. In 2004, Annette received her MBA with honors from Regis
University.
Erika
Bacik
Erika Bacik, Director, Medical Affairs -
received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration
in Finance from Montclair State University. Having been with Eagle Research,
Inc. since 1994, it is an understatement to simply state that Erika is an
integral part of the success of the company. Over the years, she has gained the
trust and confidence of both clients and candidates, and enjoys a stellar
reputation in the industry.
Jesse
Gill
Jesse Gill, Associate Director Medical
Affairs - received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a
double major in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston, Texas.
Since 2000, she has been recruiting for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industries from the CRA level to the Vice President level. Jesse speaks three
languages and very much enjoys working with people in the pharmaceutical
industry. She has a keen interest in medicine and the drug development process,
and works very hard to stay current on company news and medical research. She
has plans to pursue an MBA.
Jennifer
Erickson
Jennifer Erickson, Associate Director of
Research - has been working within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industries internally in staffing and recruiting and externally as a value
added vendor since 1998. Throughout her career in human resources and
recruiting she has been responsible for successfully filling positions at
virtually every level of seniority across a variety of areas supporting
clinical research and development. Jennifer has a tremendous amount of energy
and is continuously seeking to improve herself. This year she is actively
pursuing an advanced degree. |
